I have studied the habits of success and health since 1980, I have studied many modalities in order to find the ones that are Effective, Efficient and can be turned into tools for healing and over all anxiety reduction.
I have a practice in Chatham New Jersey as an Integrative Healing practitioner, I teach how to "Turn Habits into Health".
